About Krista Dunstall
Krista Dunstall RMT, BAHSc. CAT(C)
Krista grew up in a small town outside of Cayuga in Haldimand County. While attending Cayuga Secondary School, Krista competed all four years on the school volleyball team. Now residing in Simcoe, Krista continues to stay active with her husband and son Cohen, who was born in September 2017.
Krista obtained a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College in 2015. Krista thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on manual therapy aspect, so in 2016 she continued her education and obtained a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. |

She is a Certified Athletic Therapist (Canada), Registered Massage Therapist and Certified First Responder. Prior to attending Sheridan College, Krista graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. Krista uses the combined knowledge from all three graduated programs to address her patients’ conditions and providing an overall approach to their treatments. Focusing on a manual hands-on method, Krista feels in order to benefit fully from the treatments provided, a combination of massage, exercises and patient education is essential to the recovery outcome for her patients.
Krista has previously worked with many sports teams at various levels. Her experience includes working at George Brown College with the men’s and women’s varsity volleyball teams, Burlington Centaurs men’s rugby teams, Brantford Bisons Football Club, Six Nations Jr. B Rebels lacrosse team - where she was the therapist for the 2013 National Founders Cup winning team, Conestoga College with a variety of varsity teams, traveling to Las Vegas for a rugby 7’s tournament with Upright Rugby that is based out of Oakville, and most recently with the Port Dover Sailors hockey team for the 2016-17 season.
In the future, Krista would like to take continuing education courses to improve her overall treatment approach with regards to exercise prescription, manual techniques, as well as concussion management and treatment techniques.
Krista will be seeing clients on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings beginning in January 2018.
